We ship bracelets and accessories to US and Canada only. Orders generally will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment,
in the rare event of an out-of-stock situation, order will ship within 72 hours. Customized products such as golf clubs take 4-7 business days to assemble and ship depending on season.
Golf clubs are only shipped to the Continental US.
Continental United States:
Within the continental U.S. and Canada, our default shipping service is USPS (United
States Postal Service) . Larger items will ship UPS (United Parcel Service). If you want it out faster, we also offer UPS Next Day Air (guaranteed to arrive by 10:30am in most areas), UPS Next Day Air Saver (guaranteed to arrive by end of the day in most areas), UPS 2-Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Air. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and all U.S. Protectorates:
Residents of Hawaii and Alaska and Customers with an APO/FPO address or residing in a U.S. Protectorate are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS)
and we will add $4.99 to shipping. We only ship golf clubs to the Continental
US, not to Canada
Canadian orders are shipped US Postal Service and we will add $5.00 to shipping.

We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied. Should your item be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement or repair for you. We do take great care in describing our products accurately. If you receive your item and feel that the item is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back*, and we'll fully refund your original purchase price. It's that simple! Exchanges for items that are the wrong size will gladly be exchanged all we ask is you to cover the shipping expense for the replacement size. Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.
*Please Note: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the box containing your return and then ship it back to us.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. If a shipment is refused for any reason, the purchaser will be charged for the return shipping expenses as well, sorry! We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe.
