Most significantly however you can simply request a check from us and be on your way… it’s that simple. Free shipping! We pay the freight when you send us your trade.
Q: What payment and credit options do I have when I trade in my clubs?
A: If you purchase merchandise from Beamer’s Golf with a total value equal to or greater than the value of your trade, you will receive a credit in the amount of the trade value on the credit card you used for your purchase. If you decide not to purchase product at this time, or make a purchase less than the value of your trade, we will still take your trade and issue you a payment.
Q: How do I determine the value of my trade?
A: You can check the approximate value of your trade to BeamersGolf at PGA’s Online Value Guide by logging on to http://valueguide.pga.com. When you locate your clubs in the Value Guide, you will see three trade-in values; Low, Mid, and High, as a general rule, we will offer the mid value. Call or email us with the description of the clubs you are looking to trade or sell. Q: What trades are accepted?
A: We prefer clubs that listed in the PGA.com Value Guide however, we will consider others for trade or purchase at beamersgolf.com. There are no condition ratings for the clubs, but the clubs must be in playable condition with normal wear & tear. Clubs with excess wear & tear are not acceptable. Excess wear & tear includes clubs with excessive scratches, dings and dents, bent or rusty shafts, doctored clubs and clubs with rattles. Shafts should be matching. Iron sets must include eight (8) consecutively numbered irons. Specialty wedges may be included in the set. We will consider accepting individual irons (such as wedges and putters).
Q: How do I process and send in my trade?
A: Contact Beamer’s Golf at info@beamersgolf.com or 1-877-895-3484 and we’ll either email you a Trade-In offer or provide it over the phone. If you agree to the stated value of your trade, simply send us an email stating such agreement. Carefully package your clubs and enclose the Trade-In Agreement email with the name and address we should send payment to. We will provide the physical address you need to ship your club to. If you wish, we can schedule the UPS Pick-up for you at your request.
Q: What happens when the trade value changes before I’ve finished processing my trade?
A: Trade values can update weekly so don’t delay. The quote you receive for your trade will be based on the value quoted at the time you contact Beamer’s Golf. To receive the value indicated on the Trade-In Agreement, your trade must be shipped to Beamer’s Golf within 14 days of the date on the form. Trades shipped to us after this period will be subject to change based on the value at the time we receive your trade. In the case of discrepancies with your trade, you will be contacted and notified of your options.
Q: Who pays the shipping costs for me to send in my trade?
A: Free shipping! We will pay the freight (UPS Ground) when you send us your trade. If you wish, we can schedule the UPS Pick-up for you at your request.
Q: How long will it take to receive my credit for the trade?
A: When we receive your clubs, and verify the model, completeness and condition, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for your purchase on Beamer’s Golf or a check will be mailed directly to you. If credit is issued to your credit card, a notice will be emailed to you verifying your credit. Receiving credit on your credit card is only an option if a qualifying purchase was made. If you trade in your clubs without making a qualified purchase, you will be issued a check from Beamer’s Golf. We can also make a payment to you with PayPal.
